An internet connection is required for activation and digital downloads.
3. Eligibility and parental responsibility
My Activity Centre is intended for use by children under the supervision of a parent, guardian or other authorised adult (for example a teacher or support worker).

4. Accounts and Google sign-in
Some features of My Activity Centre may require sign-in with a Google account. Google sign-in is provided so that a parent, guardian or authorised user can authenticate, activate the application, and manage access.
- You must keep account credentials confidential and not share them except with people you authorise.
- You must not allow a child to use a Google account in a way that breaches Google’s own terms or these Terms.
- You are responsible for activity that takes place through your account.

All intellectual property rights in My Activity Centre, including software, graphics, text, characters, layouts and resources, remain owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
6. Purchases and authorised resellers
My Activity Centre may be purchased from us or from authorised partners, including Thriiver Limited. If you buy through a third-party shop, that seller’s order, payment, delivery and returns terms also apply to the purchase. Those terms do not replace these Terms for use of the application itself.

7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the website or application in a way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive

Online gaming and activity portals linked from the application are provided by third parties. Use of those portals is at your own risk and subject to their terms. An adult should review those services before a child uses them.
8. Support
We will use reasonable efforts to provide support for My Activity Centre. Contact us at [email protected] or +353 (0)1 566 2001. Support does not include issues caused by unsupported devices, missing system requirements, third-party portals, or modifications you make to the application.
9. System requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the published system requirements, including processor, memory, storage, graphics, audio hardware and an internet connection for activation and downloads. We are not responsible if the application cannot run because those requirements are not met.
10. Website use
This website is provided for information about Hands Free Computing, our services and our products. Content is owned by us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy or reuse website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

11. Disclaimer
My Activity Centre is provided to support entertainment, learning and development. It is not a medical device, diagnostic tool, or a substitute for professional education, care or clinical advice.
The website and application are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties that the application will meet every individual need, be error-free, or that resources or linked portals will always be available.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Irish law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
12. Limitation of liability
Subject to section 11, we are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, business, data or opportunity
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss arising from third-party websites, games or portals linked from the application
- Loss arising from your failure to keep account details secure
Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website or My Activity Centre is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant licence in the 12 months before the claim, or €100 if no fee was paid, except where the law does not allow that limit.
13. Termination
You may stop using the application at any time and uninstall it from your devices. We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the product. On termination the licence ends and you must stop using the application. Sections which by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, liability and governing law) will continue to apply.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published at this URL, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or application after a change means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires us to obtain further agreement.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law allows.
